Beautifully designed hotel with stunning interiors.
I had to walk a very steep hill with luggage to reach the hotel from the metro, which was incredibly exhausting. Additionally, while the walking distance to the hotel's amenities is supposedly minor, it was quite inconvenient, especially when hustling to enjoy everything the hotel had to offer. I genuinely expected better accessibility from such a high-end establishment.

Absolutely loved my stay here! The executive suite was enormous, with a personal sauna that was pure bliss, and the breakfast had an incredible variety of delicious options. I did wish the museum tour was in English, but it didn’t ruin the overall fantastic experience. 🌟

fantastic stay but could improve garden seating
The executive suite room amazed me with its size and comfort. The staff provided outstanding service, making every moment enjoyable. I loved the breakfast variety with fresh options that catered to different tastes, making mornings delightful. I also appreciated the elegant décor, with a perfect mix of traditional and modern styles, especially near the Meguro River for cherry blossom viewing.
The outdoor seating didn't provide enough shade in the garden areas.

This hotel radiates elegance and is an enchanting retreat. The luxurious room offered ample space, and the bathroom was outstanding with its steam room and jetted tub. However, the breakfast pricing was a bit hefty for families, and the shuttle could entail a wait. Overall, it’s a gem worth visiting.
